PTFE Seals
PTFE seals, commonly known by DuPont’s brand name Teflon seals are mechanical structures that fill space to prevent possible leakages by filling or blocking spaces. PTFE sealers are a general term you can use to refer to PTFE gaskets, PTFE O-ring seals, expanded PTFE sealing tape, PTFE packing seal, or any other PTFE sealing mechanism.

Generally, PTFE sealers are designed for high-performance applications including high temperature, highly chemical corrosive environments, cryogenic uses, high-pressure use, extremely low friction conditions, and better insulation requirements.
