Production Process for PTFE sheets As Following Steps

Step 1 : PTFE RESIN PURCHASE

Raw Material Specifications for PTFE SheetsPrimary resins sourced from Shandong Dongyue (China) and Daikin Industries (Japan), predominantly suspension-polymerized medium-grade formulations, compliant with FDA and REACH regulatory requirements.

Step 2 :MOLDED MOLDING PRODUCTION

Raw material processing: crush it through 10-20 mesh sieve, and place it in 23℃-25℃ environment for temperature adjustment for 24h-48h. Molding: pressure 17.5-35MPa, pressure holding time 1-10min.

Step 3 :SINTERING COOLING TREATMENT

Sintering: sintering temperature 360℃-380℃, heating rate 30℃/h, 330℃ for 2h,370℃ for 3h. Cooling: cooling rate 20℃/h, slowly around 330℃ near the melting point of PTFE

Step 4 :CONTROL THE QUALITY FOR EACH ORDER
