Plastic Sheets of Different Materials
It includes two production processes: molding and turning. Molded Sheet Thickness: 4-500mm, Skived Sheet Thickness: 0.2-10mm.
The full name is Expanded PTFE Sheet, which is a microporous structure sheet of PTFE after it has been stretched, with a thickness of 0.5-10 mm.
PCTFE is a modified PTFE, and it has the lowest gas permeability among fluoroplastics, with a thickness of 4-50mm.
PVDF is a thermoplastic material that can be melt-processed and has a thickness of 3-100mm.

Belongs to engineering plastics, is more wear-resistant than POM but has a higher water absorption rate. Thickness ranges from 5 to 250 mm.
Thermoplastic, corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant, low-cost. Thickness 1-100mm
PEEK is a high-performance engineering plastic with extremely high mechanical strength. Thickness ranges from 3-120mm.
Primarily used in aerospace and electronic semiconductors, it can be used continuously at 482-572℉. Thickness: 4-70mm.
It is made of soft rubber or hard plastic, and is elastic and wear-resistant. Thickness: 1-50mm.
Including both natural and synthetic rubber, its main function is cushioning or sealing. Thickness: 0.25 to 50 mm.

No. PTFE has a naturally non-stick surface, which makes it difficult to bond directly. However, it can be treated through processes such as sodium etching to create a surface that can be bonded. This type of material is called Etched PTFE Sheet.
