Hansa PTFE Block

PTFE block is a solid structure made from polytetrafluoroethylene material. Their geometrical shapes are either cube or cuboid depending on the length, width, and height.

Depending on the functional requirements, the PTFE block material can be virgin PTFE, mechanical grade PTFE, or filled PTFE. Of course, the material grade will also affect the PTFE block price.

Most PTFE blocks are made through the compression molding technique. The PTFE molded blocks have high molecular weight, tough, abrasion resistant, non-sticky, have high thermal resistance, and possess better insulation properties.

PTFE blocks can be used as tapping blocks. You can process the Teflon blocks further to make other machine parts, support structures, fittings, etc.
