- Self-lubricating – better lubrication properties since it container polar gas
- Even with improved thermal and electrical conductivity molybdenum disulfide-filled PTFE has high dielectric performance

- Better creep resistance properties
- Retains better machining properties
At times, you may add other filler materials to MoS2 Filled PTFE. Usually, this improves other functional properties which are not achievable by adding molybdenum disulfide. For example:
- Adding glass or bronze to MoS2 Filled PTFE will make this material smoother, more slippery, and more solid.
- Adding bronze to MoS2 Filled PTFE improves electrical and thermal conductivity

Applications of MoS2 填充聚四氟乙烯
Dynamic sealing systems – it is due to low friction coefficient, high compressive strength, more slippery, and increased wear resistance.
