Vervolgens wordt het geheel afgekoeld om de vorm vast te zetten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Sinteren:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hoge temperaturen zorgen ervoor dat PTFE-deeltjes smelten en diffunderen, waardoor een continue structuur ontstaat.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Smeltend:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Wanneer de temperatuur 327\u00b0C overschrijdt, gaan PTFE-deeltjes over van een kristallijne naar een amorfe toestand, waarbij het oppervlak smelt en een &#039;stroomlaag&#039; vormt.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Conventioneel persvormen:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Het poeder wordt handmatig in een mal geplaatst en geperst.
