Elle doit \u00eatre r\u00e9partie uniform\u00e9ment afin que le produit final ait une densit\u00e9 uniforme.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pressage \u00e0 froid\u00a0: une pression (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 10 \u00e0 30\u00a0MPa) est appliqu\u00e9e sur la poudre \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du moule. Les particules sont alors comprim\u00e9es pour former une forme solide (appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0pi\u00e8ce crue\u00a0\u00bb).<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frittage\u00a0: La pi\u00e8ce crue est chauff\u00e9e lentement dans un four. Elle atteint le point de fusion du PTFE (327\u00a0\u00b0C), puis monte \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (environ 360-380\u00a0\u00b0C) et y reste un certain temps. Les particules fondent alors et fusionnent en une pi\u00e8ce solide et dense.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refroidissement et mise en forme\u00a0: La pi\u00e8ce est refroidie lentement.
