Hansa Pure PTFE Packing

Pure PTFE packing is produced by braiding polytetrafluoroethylene filaments. Thereby producing a sealing PTFE material known for high-performance features.

In most cases, the Pure Teflon packing does not have any additional additives. That is, the pure PTFE packing does not have lubricants, graphite, or oil. It conforms to the highest standards of hygiene.

Additionally, the pure PTFE packing is clean, with zero contamination. They guarantee long service with virtually no maintenance.

The working temperature range for pure Teflon packing is -150 up to +260 ^ouC. It can also work in many pressure conditions.

At times, the pure PTFE packing may have oil. This mainly enhances performance in certain applications, especially in valves and pump systems.

Usually, this oil is an inert lubricant.

Owing to the low coefficient of friction, pure PTFE packing does not produce heat. Even at high operating speed and pressure, pure PTFE packing will always guarantee optimal safety.
