What is PEEK Sheet
PEEK is a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, toughness, and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in aerospace, medical, semiconductor, and chemical industries.
It maintains mechanical integrity across a wide temperature range, from cryogenic conditions (-196°C) to continuous high temperatures of 260°C.
As a source manufacturer with 20 years of experience in PEEK sheet production, HANSA has in-depth knowledge of PEEK material properties and applications, and can provide professional material selection guidance for your project.
We also offer CNC machining services, accept custom dimensions, and provide one-stop solutions tailored to your application needs.
PEEK Sheet with different uses
To meet diverse customer requirements, HANSA offers modified PEEK materials, including virgin PEEK, glass fiber–filled PEEK, and carbon fiber–filled PEEK, as well as PEEK sheets in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses.

Focuses on heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. Used in machinery, chemical processing, and energy industries.

Designed for extreme environments, requiring flame retardancy and low outgassing during combustion.

Requires certifications such as ISO 10993 and USP Class VI. HANSA can provide compliant materials for medical use.

Requires ultra-high purity and stability. HANSA uses traceable raw materials and maintains a clean, contamination-free production environment.
PEEK Sheet with Different Colors

Can be carbon fiber– or graphite-filled, or produced using black masterbatch.

Produced by adding yellow color masterbatch to PEEK raw material.
PEEK Sheets with Various Fillers
-
Virgin PEEK SheetGeneral-purpose grade with excellent heat resistance, high strength, and outstanding electrical insulation. Widely used for mechanical components, basic medical applications, and electrical insulation parts.
-
30% Glass Fiber–Filled PEEK SheetGlass fiber enhances rigidity and improves dimensional stability while maintaining high-temperature resistance. Commonly used for structural parts and high-temperature support components.
-
30% Carbon Fiber–Filled PEEK SheetOffers higher strength and better wear resistance than glass-filled PEEK. Suitable for high-load applications. Carbon fiber also provides electrical conductivity and anti-static properties.
-
20% PTFE-Filled PEEK SheetCombines the self-lubricating properties of PTFE, resulting in a very low coefficient of friction. Ideal for bearings, sliding parts, and seals.
-
Carbon Fiber + Graphite + PTFE Filled PEEK SheetDelivers the best overall performance: carbon fiber improves strength and stiffness, graphite enhances lubrication, and PTFE reduces friction.
Why You Need PEEK Sheet?
If you are looking for a high-performance material for your project with reliable and stable performance, PEEK is the right choice.

PEEK can operate continuously in a wide temperature range from -196°C (-321°F) to 260°C (500°F), making it a typical high-performance material for extreme environments.

PEEK is inherently flame-retardant and can achieve UL94 V-0 rating, with low smoke and low toxicity.

PEEK has excellent hardness and strength, making it an ideal choice for precision components and wear-resistant parts.

It has stable chemical properties and can withstand most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
One-Stop PEEK Solutions
HANSA has been deeply engaged in engineering plastics such as PEEK, POM, PVC, and Nylon for over 20 years. Today, our overseas customers span more than 30 countries, and we have successfully solved application challenges for many large enterprises. Below are some typical application cases:

Designed for extreme working conditions where metal bearings fail. It reduces friction while maintaining extremely high mechanical strength, improving operational stability.

Used in dynamic sealing applications, typically in hydraulic systems. The split design allows easy installation and provides elastic compensation. It ensures effective sealing while reducing wear during reciprocating or rotating motion.

Carbon fiber–reinforced PEEK washer with high wear resistance and strength, used in high-temperature automotive connection surfaces.

A medical orthopedic component used in calcaneal fracture treatment. PEEK is lighter than metal, X-ray transparent, and biocompatible, making it safe for the human body.

Installed between two mating surfaces to withstand axial loads and protect end faces. The surface texture also provides anti-slip performance.

Made from anti-static PEEK material to prevent contamination and scratching of wafers during semiconductor handling.

A standard virgin PEEK version without anti-static properties, used for general wafer handling applications.

Functionally equivalent to metal gears, but suitable for high-temperature, lubrication-free environments. They operate with lower noise and reduced energy consumption due to their lightweight nature.

Custom-designed bushings tailored for different application environments and structural requirements.

Used in high-cleanliness, high-temperature, and precision handling applications where contamination must be minimized.
