href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nylon_46\">Nylon<\/a>, es enth\u00e4lt die Elemente Sauerstoff, Kohlenstoff, Wasserstoff und Stickstoff.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"PTFE_vs_Nylon_Mechanical_Properties\"><\/span>PTFE vs. Nylon: Mechanische Eigenschaften<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Die mechanischen Eigenschaften dieser beiden Komponenten werden unten erl\u00e4utert.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die maximale Zugfestigkeit von Nylon 12.400 psi betr\u00e4gt, liegt die von PTFE zwischen 1.450 und 6.240 psi.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zugmodul von Teflon liegt zwischen 58 und 261 psi, w\u00e4hrend der von Nylon bei 470.000 psi liegt.<\/p>\n<p>Teflon hat einen Biegemodul zwischen 72,5 und 102 ksi, w\u00e4hrend Nylon einen Modul von 410.000 psi hat.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Druckstreckgrenze von Nylon zwischen 6 und 162 MPa liegt, betr\u00e4gt sie bei PTFE zwischen 10,5 und 27,6 MPa.<\/p>\n<p>PTFE hat eine Izod-Schlagfestigkeit von 3 ft-lb\/in, w\u00e4hrend Nylon eine Izod-Schlagfestigkeit von 1,2 ft-lb\/in hat.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Rockwellh\u00e4rte R von Nylon zwischen 100 und 120 liegt, betr\u00e4gt sie bei PTFE zwischen 50 und 55.<\/p>\n<p>Teflon hat eine Bruchdehnung von 6,6 bis 300 %, w\u00e4hrend Nylon eine Bruchdehnung von 5,0 bis 120 % hat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" W\u00e4rmeausdehnungskoeffizient von Teflon betr\u00e4gt 151 x 10<sup>-6<\/sup> pro \u00b0C, w\u00e4hrend die Temperatur bei Nylon zwischen 90 und 95 liegt.<\/p>\n<p>Vergleicht man ihre Schmelzpunkte, hat Teflon einen Schmelzpunkt von 327 <sup>0<\/sup>C, w\u00e4hrend Nylon einen Schmelzpunkt von 268 hat <sup>0<\/sup>C.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Teflon Temperaturen von -190 \u00b0C bis 260 \u00b0C standh\u00e4lt, h\u00e4lt Nylon Temperaturen zwischen 4 und 85 \u00b0C stand.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nylon_vs_PTFE_Price\"><\/span>Nylon vs. PTFE Preis<span bessere Biege- und Zugfestigkeit sowie eine h\u00f6here Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit aufweist, Teflon jedoch chemisch inert und unpolar ist, sodass Materialien nur schwer daran haften bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Weitere Unterschiede sind<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Water_Attraction\"><\/span>Wasserattraktion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Teflon ist unpolar und hat eine geringe Wasseraffinit\u00e4t. Dadurch weist es Wasser ab, w\u00e4hrend Nylon Wasser anzieht. Teflon wird in diesem Fall hydrophob, Nylon hingegen hydrophil, da es Wasser anzieht.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Chemical_Reactivity\"><\/span>Chemische Reaktivit\u00e4t<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Die schwachen Kohlenstoff- und Fluorbindungen von Teflon verhindern, dass es reaktiv ist, aber die Harze von Nylon sind stabil und machen es reaktiv.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion\"><\/span>Abschluss<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Nylon ist Teflon als Material unterlegen. Teflon kann aufgrund seiner hydrophoben Eigenschaften und der damit verbundenen wasserabweisenden Wirkung in Umgebungen mit hoher Feuchtigkeit eingesetzt werden.
