Reines PTFE-Rohr
Virgin PTFE tube is a high-purity tubing made from pure polytetrafluoroethylene material. Compared to mechanical grade PTFE tubing, virgin PTFE tubes are costly, with higher physical and chemical properties.
Also called virgin Teflon tubes, unfilled PTFE tubing, or virgin grade PTFE tubes, they are chemically inert and exhibit superior thermal resistance. With a wide working temperature range (-400°F to +550°F), and extremely low friction coefficient, virgin PTFE tubing show superior capability in numerous applications.
For food processing or medical industries, virgin PTFE tube manufacturers use either extrusion or compression molding for various tubing lengths and diameters. From PTFE spaghetti tubing to wide diameter or thickness, most virgin PTFE tube suppliers offer unlimited options for most dynamic needs.
